Information
Bookings:
We recommend you book your cake at least three weeks in advance. However we do try to cater to last minute orders.
Deposit:
We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking, with the remainder paid two week before event date. Deposits and payments can be made via Direct deposit, paypal or in cash.
Cancellation:
We refund in full if no work was done on the cake, If the cake was ordered and any inconvenience occurred upon cancellation then we will adjust the refund accordingly and by our discretion.
Delivery:
we encourage you to collect your cake either the day prior to your event or in the morning the day of you event. Delivery can be arranged but is subject to availability and location, a delivery fee is charged accordingly. To find out if we can deliver your location or for a quote please Contact Us.
Consultations:
Due to our busy work schedule we prefer for most cakes to de designed and planned via email, Facebook and phone messages, however occasionally it may be necessary to arrange a face to face consultation or consultations are available upon request.
